Description
My well-known national client requires and administrator to work full time starting at 30 hours a week up to 39 hours across 5 days.

Based in Anglesey LL60

The role involves checking the delivering drivers paperwork, directing them to the correct area to tip As the Depot deals with hazardous waste, the candidate needs to have a good eye for detail.

Administration tasks will include raising purchase order numbers, ordering stationary filing and typing up meeting minutes. The Depot can be very busy at times, so you will need to be able to work under pressure.

The administrator will need experience with Excel, Word, Fleetwave or any transport industry background would be good but not necessary.

Person profile
- Strong PC skills
- Excellent organisational skills and standards
- Good communication skills at all levels, internally and externally
- Managing processes, prioritising and problem solving.
- Ability to work to deadlines paying attention to accuracy at all times
- Full training provided but experience in administration in waste / recycling an advantage

Additional information - welsh speaking would be advantageous however not necessary
